The whole experience of renting with SPC was poor. The flat itself was awful and was not even clean upon us entering. Problems often took ages to be fixed and generally the property was in a dreadful state. Landlord was awful and we had to go to a dispute with safe deposits adjudication which took ages but they correctly sided with us in the end. SPC were also awful during this process with slow replies and generally being difficult. There are about 10 better letting/ estate agents within a 5 minute walk of SPC- please use one of them.
