Worse Estate agent I have ever come across, they promise you that they have a book of customers ready to buy in your area, not true. In 5 months we had 3 viewings, not a lot really. All they seem to do is send you emails that say they have sent out text messages and emails to potential clients. When you call them and want to speak to a specific person they are never available and you never get a call back, maybe a few days later if your lucky. We are still chasing them to do their job even though our contract with them finished on the 22.07.2023 they are still advertising our house on several websites which stops our new agent doing this. It’s now the 24th Very sad state of affairs

I've had a very positive experience with Ward's so far. They rented out my flat very quickly and offered some good advice around the market. I found Tessa, in particular, extremely helpful as she offered up her time (over the weekend) to help arrange the delivery & installation of appliances, as well as being very responsive.

GoogleDaniel achieved £100,000 (!) more for our property than other estate agents thought we would get. Excellent, professional and friendly service; they worked hard to sell the house and are worth every penny of the commission they charge - you get what you pay for. Our family have used Wards before and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

d just like to express my gratitude to Kim Batchelor Sale progression, for her work and dedication towards getting the sale over the line. It hasn't been easy. But she took on the task and got the job done. worked tireless behind the scenes, communicating with all parties.I cannot say the same for the sales team. not helpful at all. it was a neighbour on the first day that contacted me. The open day, was very disappointing. the for sale sign came down and after chasing several times it wasn't repaired. asked for a sold sign. never turned up. asked for the sign to be removed. 4 months later i put in the skip. speaking with other. double the price of other estate agents. However Kim pulled this around

I was trying to sell my flat through another agent but that agent didn't have the specific knowledge and experience to resolve the issues we had.Wards came along and impressed me with their knowledge of the issue.
