Our experience with Wards during and after our sale through to completion was very good. Staff were helpful and informative. We had a dead line for completion which was met due to Kim’s constant contact with solicitors and the buyer, she made it happen and we are grateful to her for that.

Darren negotiated a price a little over the asking price .Judy managed our journey through the selling process and always updated us on a regular basis with progress. I would not recommend this company. If they don’t like your face they will stop you buying a place. And 2022 there still doing it. They advertise that a place has been sold when it’s not. Branch walderslade Kent Me5. I thought this was illegal but the branch in Kent say that it’s ok to do this. They put a sold sign up but on the right move site it’s clear to see not sold.
