Ben accommodated our many requests to see the different apartments in the building 'just one more time', and was efficient with all of our queries in the run up to our move in date! Thanks Ben!

GoogleWe have recently bought a property via Savills Sevenoaks, Harriet and David were both really helpful throughout the purchasing process with Harriet enabling us to see the property very quickly and David ensuring the purchase completed, even when there were some very dubious moments with issues further down the chain.

GoogleI can say it with certainty that the customer care of this office is simply the best in the UK. Ms Theresa Wallace, the director of customer relations, is very experienced and sincere to her customers. Obviously she knows her work and she will get any work done in the most fair, honest and understanding way from the customers’ perspectives. She will look at each case thoroughly and sincerely and will solve whatever issue you may have with your tenancy. I can assure you that if there is any confusion, she will look into it and get it sorted. I am so grateful that we met her. I hope you don’t encounter any issues during your tenancy, however, for us, there was some confusion with one of the offices initially but once customer services were aware, it was resolved swiftly and it is good to use a company who listen and act swiftly to reach a good resolution. She will not just leave the case to be looked into by her secretaries or just follow the perfunctory procedures. To sum up, not only does she understand her work well, but she is a really warm-hearted and honest person you can truly rely on.

GoogleOliver and Harriet from the Savills Sevenoaks office were both fantastic in our home buying process. It took us a long time to get the end result, as our own sale dragged on, yet both Oliver and Harriet continued to send me suitable property and enabled viewings. A huge thank you to both of them! We work mainly with Danielle, Olivia, Monica and Julie - all of whom seem to go the extra mile to do a great job. They often check things with us and communicate a lot to ensure everything will go smoothly.

GoogleHad a poor experience when making an offer on a property, constantly having to chase Oliver for updates and was left with the impression that they couldn't care if I got the property or not. I'd expect when offering over the asking price to receive a response or at least an update within 3 days!!
