We have used Savills over the last 15 years to buy and more recently, sell our family home. Considering the process of doing this in England adds more stress than is necessary, a good estate agent can make all the difference. I have always found Savills to provide a good service. We had Oliver Hodges and his team managing our sale and they were excellent. I never had any problems getting hold of anyone and my questions were very well answered. My experience with Savills has been outstanding, particularly Oliver Hodges of Sevenoaks branch who was incredibly supportive and professional throughout our selling process. He really went above and beyond to get our sale sorted and I had absolute faith that he would get us over the line. I have just moved in to a rented property managed by Savills. Rebecca Leigh at Savills Sevenoaks was one of the most helpful, professional and generally lovely person I’ve dealt with at any estate agents. She managed the property we rented and was always there to help us in a friendly and diplomatic manner. She was smart, great problem solver and just gets it. In fact I would say she is the best person I’ve dealt with at Savills across both sales and lettings, having both sold a house and rented a house with Savills over the last few years. Savills Tunbridge Wells Property manager: Rebecca Leigh As tenants, we can but only highly recommend Savills Tunbridge Wells and in particular Rebecca Leigh who is our property manager. We have been renting with Savills for the past four and a half years and have received nothing but highly professional service. Our property manager Rebecca Leigh is friendly, efficient and caring. I will share with you an example to give you an idea of her competency. In February 2022 when we had three storms in the same week, our heating broke and Rebecca managed to get an engineer to deal with the problem within an hour. But I would say that the quality that makes Rebecca extra special is how she went out of her way to deal with our now deceased landlady who was of an older generation and therefore not online. She liaised with her in person as well as on the phone and went beyond the call of duty to ease any possible stresses related with the rental of her property such as when new neighbours moved in next door and approached her regarding boundary issues.
