GoogleWe had our house on the market for not even two weeks before Oliver got it under offer. The whole chain became very complicated and dragged on forever (no fault of Savills!), but Oliver did everything he could to get it over the line - he was pleasant, honest, and responsive at all times. If you need your house sold, Savills is really the only choice.

GoogleWe had a 5-star service from Ben Adams and Savills when viewing and moving into our new apartment in Sevenoaks. Ben accommodated our many requests to see the different apartments in the building 'just one more time', and was efficient with all of our queries in the run up to our move in date! Thanks Ben!

GoogleStay away from Savills! Had major water ingress on a £3k per month property that I rented 5 weeks ago in Sevenoaks due to poor building works prior to my lease starting. The water ingress came through a very large crack in the wall in my 1-year olds bedroom and created mould growth. I immediately sent all the pictures and videos to 3 different members of staff at the Sevenoaks branch and I’m sitting here today almost a month on and no one has agreed to deal with the issue. I’ve made them aware that there are huge health implications to having small children exposed to mould and have also made them aware my wife is pregnant and they just don’t care. The ceiling now has water sitting on top of it and despite further videos and me explaining that there’s a chance the ceiling could fall down they have decided to not even bother emailing or calling me back. Please please please do not rent a property from Savills as they literally do not care about the well-being of their clients and the customer service is just appalling. It’s this sort of ignorance and professionalism that caused the young 2 year old boy to lose his life recently in the national news. Savills, you should be ashamed of yourselves!

GoogleWe have recently bought a property via Savills Sevenoaks, Harriet and David were both really helpful throughout the purchasing process with Harriet enabling us to see the property very quickly and David ensuring the purchase completed, even when there were some very dubious moments with issues further down the chain.

GoogleI can say it with certainty that the customer care of this office is simply the best in the UK. Ms Theresa Wallace, the director of customer relations, is very experienced and sincere to her customers. Obviously she knows her work and she will get any work done in the most fair, honest and understanding way from the customers’ perspectives. She will look at each case thoroughly and sincerely and will solve whatever issue you may have with your tenancy. I can assure you that if there is any confusion, she will look into it and get it sorted. I am so grateful that we met her. I hope you don’t encounter any issues during your tenancy, however, for us, there was some confusion with one of the offices initially but once customer services were aware, it was resolved swiftly and it is good to use a company who listen and act swiftly to reach a good resolution. She will not just leave the case to be looked into by her secretaries or just follow the perfunctory procedures. To sum up, not only does she understand her work well, but she is a really warm-hearted and honest person you can truly rely on.

GoogleGatehouse Inventories have worked with Savills in Sevenoaks for the last 4 years. We have found them to be very efficient, professional and always fair in their dealings with us. We work mainly with Danielle, Olivia, Monica and Julie - all of whom seem to go the extra mile to do a great job. They often check things with us and communicate a lot to ensure everything will go smoothly.
