GoogleMy experience with estate agents over the years has not been very pleasant and when I decided to rent out my property using an agent I had serious reservations. We chose JSS to assist and what a pleasure it has been, Becky and the girls have been wonderful, my apartment is regularly inspected and maintained, best of all the rent is NEVER late. thank you all for looking after us so well!!! Be careful when engaging WA14 office. Seriously let down by the dog eat dog way of operating so went with competitors who are strait talkers and provide fair advice.

If it were possible to rate the Teddington office with a minus 1, then this is what we would give. What started with an excellent user experience and pleasant staff, ended up with us being double crossed after paying a deposit and us losing the property that we were promised.Would not place any trust in this organisation. Pleasant staff but c**p and old fashioned management.
