We have bought through them, very nearly sold through them until we decided to withdraw and are now investigating the merits of renting with them. The worst agency company which I was dealing in my whole life. Very unfair company who don't care about any one who is renting houses from them. Very unhelpful , never dealing with any problems , just taking money for everything whatever they can.Avoid them to have easier life

Second occasion contacting these agents ref a building plot that had fell through before in Wyverstone Suffolk. First time round I was told a certain chap/agent I needed to speak to was not available and he would call back. No call back I then phoned again to be told plot was under offer. Plot came back on the market last week end of June 2020, so my wife called as we were in the car driving past the plot. No call back again a couple of days later my wife contacts them online got live reply saying they would get back to her with info. Guess what no call back. So I phoned up on the 3/7/20 a couple of days later to be told plot under offer. Told we have your number if it falls through. Something not right with this agent be aware!!!!

GoogleWe were recommended to Gaynor Cooper whilst she was at another estate agent and had several meetings with her to explain why we wanted to sell our long-standing family home and why it would be a traumatic exercise for us. Everything had to be handled at our pace. She took all this on board and we were a bit taken aback that when we found that she had moved firms. Nevertheless, the relationship was renewed, my wife met her and we agreed to appoint Jackson-Stops,. It has been a very long drawn out process but throughout Gaynor has kept control of events. J-S handled all the viewing for us which relieved us of a huge emotional burden. Selling and moving was not an experience we wanted but the time had come to do so and Gaynor's handling of all the paperwork, the buyers, our solicitors went a long way to make the process as easy as possible. We were very grateful

GoogleWe recently had the pleasure of purchasing a house through Jackson Stops in Sevenoaks, and as is often the case with buying and selling properties, we experienced a number of issues with the chain during the course selling our property. Jackson Stops took the lead in managing our expectations, delivering on their word and generally turning a very stressful experience into a great success. They are calm, polite and true to their word. I only wish that in addition to buying a house through them, I had sold my house through them as well. I cannot praise their level of service enough, and would highly recommend anyone considering to sell their property to use Jackson Stops.

Jackson-Stops went above and beyond my expectations and were a breath of fresh air in this highly competitive business. Mandy in the Cranbrook office was an absolute joy to deal with extremely professional, honest and the most helpful agent I have dealt with over a long period of searching for a new home. Sadly the house we are now trying to purchase is on with another agent who are far below par! I would not hesitate in selling a property through Jackson-Stops in the future. Just wish all estate agents were as pleasurable to deal with!!

We sat outside the property for 40 minutes waiting for the agent to show up, which she never did. When we finally got through to the office on the phone the agent who was meant to be showing us the property simply told us she had forgotten about us, with no apology offered - just a 'Can we do it another time, I can't leave the office now anyway.' A complete disregard for our time! Wholly unprofessional, and we aren't surprised that the landlords have been struggling to rent the property if the agent can't actually be bothered to turn up to viewings! We will be avoiding Jackson-Stops like the plague - and would advise any landlords to think twice before using their services!

What a bunch of unprofessional individuals.......cheated out of a purchase by being bamboozled with a £10 thousand pound non refundable fee to open an " offer".....which according to one director was "normal" and Richard Addington as "never had any before....."....AVOID THIS FRANCHISE AT ALL COSTS....

Philip Ribon in the Bridport office is extremely difficult and unpleasant to deal with and we reccomend you use any other estate agency than this one. He writes rude emails when he hasn't followed things up, blames the client and is ineffective in selling houses.

Really disorganised at every level. Repeatedly contacted with the same queries from different colleagues, they didn't log information, we weren't kept in the loop at all. On top of that very unapologetic about their lack of coordination. Will never use again.
