Zero stars for Andrews Leasehold Management SW team...have been trying to get a tenant's roof repaired since 12th February. We have left countless telephone messages, e mails, and have even a member of Andrews Lettings team has e mailed our our behalf, pleading for help. Shocking lack of service, empty promises and no results....STILL waiting for a response....

Having organised a viewing for a property at 4.45 today and no one has showed and no one answered any calls.Very unfair seeing as I left work early and had to get a bus to and from the property. When’s the viewing was booked there was no left agreed. Very disappointed and unfair

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst experience of my life. False advertisement of property and lies, lies, lies from start to finish!! I can’t stress this enough, please go with another estate agents! I can’t put into words how terrible the service I received from Andrews was. Look at the other reviews on here and AVOID!!!!!
