TrustpilotDiabolically bad Property Management.
I feel bad for the landlords who are doubtless paying through the nose for less than nothing. All contact takes multiple attempts by phone and/or mail before there's a response. All information is passed on insufficiently and requires confirmation multiple times. My foot was seriously injured requiring weeks wearing a medical boot and unable to walk or drive due to a metal lined kitchen unit door which to this day remains unreplaced, since last April, which fell over onto it from the position it had been left in by the second maintenance professional contracted to fix it, who arrived with insufficient information and without the necessary tools.If at all possible, landlords avoid like the plague, and tenants take out anti-property manager insurance (niche market opportunity for providers)! Would love to give 0 or minus stars but not an option.

I would have given 0 stars if I could. Their employee Joanne, told us to park in the visitors parking and then she dissappeared without being able to find her or the apartment. When we found her in her car, she told us that we couldn't do the viewing because there was a dispute with the tenants. Meanwhile, no one was picking up the phone back in the office. What a rubbish estate agency. AVOID AT ANY COST, STAY AWAY

This has to be the most incompetent Estate Agents on earth, they are rude and ignorant, Please don’t get sucked in by them they are so unprofessional, they had my property since February it is now June , no communication whatsoever they have cost me a fortune, and I have to start over again. They have made me ill, they really don’t know what there are doing.I have since found out from reviews on trust pilot how bad they really are, so please be aware they are abysmal stay clear.

Keli showed me one flat which I didn’t end up buying but I was struck by her knowledge of the market- Keli doesn’t dish out usual cliches which is refreshing and she understands property. I’d certainly go back to her to buy or sell a home. I’ve been an investor for a long time and, for me, she stands out as straightforward and efficient.

Beware of using Andrew's to buy/sell!Due to the poor standard of service and lack of communication we were not told of 2 unresolved boundary disputes that affected the sale of a property we had made an offer on. This caused a delay of nearly 7 months before we were forced to withdraw from the purchase due to the behaviour of Andrew's staff and management as well as the sellers attitude as they were constantly told it was not an issue by andrews. Andrew's later admitted to being aware of the boundary disputes when the property had been originally listed.You cannot complete and have the deeds transferred to your name or even get a mortgage on a property with unresolved boundary disputes - Andrew's you should know better! Being repeatedly lied to is not an appropriate form of service! We would not have proceeded to order surveys and searches and instruct solicitors had we known when we made our offer. This entire debacle has cost us nearly £1k in fees. We were offered a mere £250 as compensation for 7 wasted months and £1k of wasted money. We were constantly told it was not an issue and it was repeatedly minimised which dragged the process out.Despite making a complaint to management and escalating through the complaints process to head office we have had no appropriate resolution.
