Abhiram is a great property manager. He has always been helpful if I had any issues in the flat and getting it sorted out by speaking to the relevant person. When me and my husband first moved in the flat, when I called him to tell him that I did not have a post room key and a bin key, he was very quick by letting the landlord know and we got our post room key and bin key very quickly. Overall, Abhiram has been great and I have found him really helpful

I would like to thank you to Joshua and Emma for helping me to move to my first renting place. I am Ukrainian refugee coming to UK 7 months ago.It was not easy for me to find the landlords which would be happy to accept my documents. Taking into account, that I have a child, it was even more challenging... Unfortunately, I have received few refusals before...But I am very grateful to Streets Ahead Crystal Palace agents for helping me with finding a nice place, accepting an offer and signing the contract.We are now living in our apartment and are very happy about it! 🩷

What a team!! Kristen is an absolute blessing. She listened to every detail, only showed us houses that met our needs, but did not stop there as she went way beyond to ensure we found the absolute perfect rental home that ticked every box. Emma then stepped in guiding us to ensure we got the home by making the checks and paperwork seem effortless, but we know how much work these two Angels must have put in behind the scene to get this all sorted and meet our timeline. Cannot thank or recommend Streets Ahead enough.

GoogleWhat a super group of people. Very helpful and did everything possible to help in the purchase of our new home in December 2017. They far out did the agency used on my selling side and were the sole reason I went through with the purchase as they managed to keep me informed with what my selling agent should have done. Kept in touch regularly on the day of exchange, well ahead of even my solicitor. Due credit to them and especially Karen Dixon for a job well done.

Streets ahead is the only estate agent I have met that keeps potential tenants updated on available properties until they get one. I mean I didn't have to continue searching the internet after contacting them for the first time. That saved me a lot of stress and time. I really appreciate the care and concern I got from Joshua Parsley and Emma, they were heaven sent angels. Without saying a word, Josh figured out my taste. Josh is really awesome at customer satisfaction.

GoogleI have just sold for the second time with RWW in Northiam. They were very good last time around, this time around they exceeded themselves. Tight knit team that works very well. I have to especially mention Kevin, he goes that extra mile, professional and diligent and a throughly good agent. I would say the best in the area.

Streets Ahead is negatively impacting a family with vulnerable children by refusing to return a deposit fee after we failed our renting checks. They’ve stopped answering emails and phone calls which has lead to me making formal complaints with the appropriate authorities. They’ve stopped answering are acting unethically and illegally. Do not recommend.

Overall the company was fine during the majority of our tenancy. However, a poorly managed systems upgrade left Streets Ahead unable to make any payments during the early part of December. This included being unable to return our deposit in the timeframe they gave us.There was no communication made to us initially about the issue or the expected delay, forcing us to repeatedly chase for any information about our deposit.Their incompetent management of the issue has made it unlikely that I would ever willingly work with streets ahead again.

I had a really good experience , and I’d especially like to highlight Adem for his excellent service. He was professional, friendly, and extremely efficient throughout the process. From my initial enquiry about the apartment , he responded very quickly and was able to arrange a viewing without any delays, which made everything much smoother and less stressful.
