TrustpilotAmazing Customer Service from Ollie, Addiscombe Branch
I met Oliver 'Ollie' from the Addiscombe Branch at a viewing about 2 weeks ago. As I walked through the doors of the property I knew it wasn't for me (the property had only just come on the market and so pics weren't available when I was contacted to view it). Anyways, I told Ollie what my requirements were and he then said, oh, we have 2 other properties I can show you today. These weren't booked in, but he made time to then show me those properties in the afternoon. Unfortunately, neither were for me.
Dear Norika, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and positive review. We’re delighted to hear about your experience with Oliver from our Addiscombe branch. Ollie consistently goes above and beyond for his clients, and it’s fantastic to see his dedication, flexibility, and communication recognised, especially making time on the day, arranging viewings across branches, and keeping you updated throughout the process. Buying a property can certainly be stressful, so we’re really pleased Ollie was able to make the journey smoother and help you find a home you loved in the end. We’ll be sure to pass on your kind words to Ollie and the team. Thank you again for choosing Streets Ahead, and we wish you all the very best in your new home. Kind regards, Zoe Streets Ahead

I had a great experience working with Raulay during my house search. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and found a home that perfectly suited my requirements. TrustpilotPawel an Xmas Elf/ Genie wrapped in 1.
Pawel, Pawel, Pawel! Maybe if you say it 3 times he can fly down and help you to. Just sold a property through Streets ahead and Pawel pretty much acted as the solicitor! He went beyond what you expect from a family member, never mind an estate agent. Just a great Guy, very attainable, always giving regular updates and dragged everyone involved over the finishing line. I can't say enough good things about the man. If your buying, selling or renting ask for his help, in fact 'demand' that you deal with him.
Dear Zak, Thank you so much for this incredible review! On behalf of the whole Streets Ahead team, we’re absolutely delighted to hear how well Pawel supported you throughout your sale. He’ll be over the moon to know his hard work, communication and dedication made such a difference. Going the extra mile is exactly what we strive for, and it’s wonderful to hear that Pawel exceeded even family-level expectations! Thank you for trusting us with your property sale and for taking the time to share such kind words. We truly appreciate the recommendation, and we’ll make sure Pawel knows just how much his efforts meant to you. Wishing you all the very best in your next chapter - and if you ever need us again, we’re always here to help. Kind regards, Zoe Streets Ahead
