GoogleThese people are amazing. Cannot recommend them enough. On our behalf they work through the most difficult circumstances in order to sell our property. Our tenant refused viewing then refused to move out at the end of his section 21 eventually making it necessary to obtain an eviction notice. Chris’s Moffat and his staff were always calm and professional (how they managed it I do not know) eventually finding us a buyer and giving us completion. Our satisfaction is such that we have made their company managing agents for our other property in the area. Well done guys we will always be grateful

GoogleWe have just started renting a property with Reeds Rains in Selby. Alison was who we dealt with. She was extremely professional and friendly, and very quick to respond and sort out any issues we had, such as not getting an email to start the online application. She went through everything very thoroughly and made sure we had all of the relevant information. This is the 3rd estate agents I have let a property from in Selby, and Alison/ Reeds Rains was definitely the most professional and thorough, I didn't receive nearly as much information from previous estate agents. I've had a positive experience and would recommend them.

GoogleMy experience of Reeds Rains in Selby is a positive one. Whilst I lost two buyers before eventually selling to a third, Paul and the team, namely Lynda Sykes, persevered with me throughout the process, even when my first two buyers withdrew. Lynda was genuinely empathetic and the team quickly rallied round on both occasions when I lost my buyer to ensure that the property was readvertised again quickly and new buyers could be sourced. I cannot say thank you enough to everyone for bearing with me on my rollercoaster ride and think anyone else may have struggled! Thank you so much for being professional, consistent and communicative throughout.
