GoogleIs it the policy of Reed Reins to pull up the opposition's for sale board? Park Row had their board up at a property near me and 2 days later a Park Row staff member then came and pulled up Reed Reins board. Having checked on line the property is on with 3 agents. A bit petty in my book and very unprofessional.
Good Morning Babs, I'm slightly confused by this review? At Reeds Rains in Selby we have a sign company who will erect our estate agency boards. They will not touch other companys boards. You state in your review that a member of the Park Row Team has removed our board from a property? If you would be kind enough to call 01757 213733 I will be more than happy to discuss this further. GooglePoor communication, Agent didn't show for my appointment 2nd viewing. I had booked time off work to attend, I arrived at property and waited 30 mins for no one to show. Called office to be told property had sold that morning had no missed calls, emails or text from the office to inform me the appointment was cancelled or there was another offer being submitted. Requested a call back from the Manager to discuss, have been waiting a week and still not had a call or a response from the branch. I would never use this Estate Agency again. Highly disappointed in the whole experience!

I first contacted them as a buyer and was so impressed by their professionalism and their attention to detail that I had no hesitation in choosing them as the Company and Team to carry out the sale of that same property recently...From the first contact with Andrew...the compilation of the Brochure with photos by Alison and the First Class Lynda Sykes keeping me up to date during what we all know is a highly stressful situation. GoogleI have to congratulate Alison and LIndsey (Reeds Rains Selby) on their competent handling of a rental property under their full management scheme, made all the more complicated by having owners abroad and taking a certain amount of initiative and personal impressions of would-be renters, which is not an easy job. I have no hesitation in recommending this company as one which leaves the Client confident in the knowledge that their affairs will be looked after and carried out with efficiency and professionalism.
