GoogleFantastic estate agent. Everyone very personable. Felt like a local agent with local knowledge but also personally invested in my sale and at the cutting edge of technology. Their simple feedback mechanism meant we got 100% feedback from viewings (vs 10% from the previous agent). They negotiated the price up well. Very importantly to me, the phone was always answered.

GoogleJP Harll's provided a professional and friendly service. We were mature "first time" buyers; Jennifer talked us through the process, kept in regular contact, and was always on hand to answer all our questions. They were able to recommend good, efficiency solicitors, but left the choice to us.. we followed their advice and from first viewing to picking up the keys took around 6 weeks (no chain involved!). They also had direct contact with financial advisors, so arranging financial matters was also made easy. A family run business , with years of experience, I would definitely recommend.

Google!!FIRST TIME BUYERS!! Do not hesitate in buying through JP Harll. We had 100% confidence in the team from start to finish. Their professionalism and friendly manner is second to none. As first time buyers we were unsure of the processes however they were patient and always happy to explain and keep us updated! I throughly enjoyed a regular call from Jennifer and felt happy that chasing the sale was in her hands. From reccomending a solicitor to having instore financial options we couldn't have asked for more! Jennifer, Carol, Charlotte and all the team made buying our first home stress free and so enjoyable.
