Our experience with JP Harll has been faultless from start to finish. Once we started to look at properties to buy and came into contact with other estate agents, it became very apparent how truly special JP Harll are. The whole team have been fantastic and keeping us informed throughout the whole process. Our experience with James has been wonderful. We have been kept fully informed every step of the way and nothing has been too much trouble. James handled our photos with excellent attention to detail, and he managed to make our hectic family home look like a show home. My partner and I recently bought our first home through JP Harll. Obviously as a buyer, you don't have a choice in who the seller has selected as their estate agent, but we are so glad they chose JP Harll. As first time buyers, there was of course lots that we didn't know. There was plenty that came as a surprise and we needed support with. JP Harll helped us brilliantly throughout the whole process and supported us with all the ups and downs of buying a home. They kept in touch with us regularly and had effective, clear communication throughout the whole sale. They also offered us advice regarding our solicitor and were incredibly polite and patient with us even when mistakes / holdbacks occurred from our solicitors. We are very thankful for all the support from the staff at JP Harll, but especially Lynda and Carol, who helped us until the end and made it all worth it. This is a family run business, I believe with years of experience and I would definitely recommend!! From our first viewing with Charlotte we were very well looked after. Lynda is amazing and very professional whilst sometimes having to deal with a rather sensitive me. Lynda would explain every step as we went along the process and I was very thankful for this as this is the first we have moved in 28 years. If I could rate the team higher I really would. After trying to sell my home through another local estate agent for 8 months in total despair I went on the search for another estate agent.... thank goodness for JP Harll and the amazing staff. From the moment I spoke with Carol I knew I should have done my research 8 months earlier and spoken to them initially. However, I had taken the 'easy' option and used the agent who had been managing the rental of my property for the last 4 years while I was working away. Speaking to Carol and the team was like dealing with people I had known for years, they are all lovely. Approachable, professional, knowledgeable and experienced. The team had viewed my property and researched the area within 24 hours of my initial call. The advice on a reasonable sale price (with rationale to how they had arrived at this) and how we could market the property was spot on, I sold my home in less than 3 weeks. From moving estate agents to completion took just over 2 months (over Christmas), amazing. Throughout this time I was kept up to date with progress and as commented within other reviews below they did all the chasing of my solicitors, the buyers and their solicitors which was great....especially as I work full time and sometimes taking time out to do the chasing is not possible. JP Harll really do go above and beyond. When doing the detailed research in preparation for sale, they advised me I was in the wrong Council Tax Band. I had owned the property for 9 years and was not aware. I had rented out my home and tried to sell my property through another local estate agent and was none the wiser until Carol did the initial assessment for the introduction for sale through JP Harll. The refund I received for the years of over payments helped to cover costs incurred in selling / buying a home. But also helped my buyer by ensuring they did not overpay like I did! I have and will continue to recommend JP Harll, Carol and the fantastic team. Save your time (and stress) and put your home sale in their very capable hands.

We bought our first house with them in 2017 and had a brilliant experience so when it was time to sell that same house 7 years later there was no doubt it had to be JP Harll and we were not let down.
