In January I put my house on the market with JP Harll and i couldn't have been happier with the service I received. The house sold within 6 days due to the clever and proactive sales approach taken. The overall chain took 3 months to complete. Within this time I was kept up to date by the staff, they answered any questions I had and most importantly they did the chasing (of other parties) for me, meaning I could sit back and relax knowing everything was running smoothly. They say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can go through. I can assure you that this wasnt the case for me as JP Harll helped me every step of the way. Best estate agents in town by a long stretch ( I know as I have used others in the past) Big shout out to Jennifer for being super helpful and friendly!

From the first meeting with Charlotte, right through the entire process to completion, the service we received was excellent. The team, led by Carol are professional, personable and proactive. Jennifer's communication with us was always first class, keeping us up to date at each stage of the process. Importantly, JP Harll have an excellent handle on the market. Their valuation was accurate (exactly the price we were expecting) and was £20k MORE than one of the other "hard sell" agents in the area. After looking at 'on-line' estate agents and other high street estate agents we were recommended by other happy customers to try JPHarll. And WOW!! They were fabulous. Straight away we knew we'd chosen the right agent, we were made to feel almost part of the family. Charlotte works her little socks off marketing our and everones houses. Everything was explained and no question too trivial. ALWAYS, returned our calls if she was out of office. Jennifer was amazing keeping us regularly updated and more importantly gently chivying the solicitors along in her own persuasive way with her gentle Irish voice. Who could refuse her request!!! We received great service, advertising in the press and on-line, regular updates and so much more with Charlotte and Jennifer working away in the background smoothing out any hiccups to make sure the sale went through very quickly and smoothly. I cannot recommend this estate agents enough. We had a tricky purchase but the whole team made it as smooth as it could possibly be from start to finish. We have used JP Harll to sell our last two properties. The whole team go above and beyond what is expected of them as Estate Agents. Everything we were promised they delivered and more. Their attention to detail is second to none. JP Harll are a real breath of fresh air when it come Estate Agents. We found other Estate Agents spent too much time cold calling sellers, trying to persuade them to change agents, instead of concentrating on those properties they had on their books. This is something JP Harll do not do. They concentrate on selling your property through to completion. Definitely five star service. My partner and I have received nothing but a first class service from JP Harll from start to finish. It took just 4 days for our house to be sold from going on the market (we haven’t even got the for sale sign up yet). When we notified JP Harll that our house was ready to go on the market, they came the next day, photos complete, brochure complete, on the market - next day we had 3 viewings booked and within a couple more days we accepted an offer on our house. I just wish our new house online estate agent was as efficient. It really does pay to go local and not use these online agents in which you have to constantly chase.
