Great Meeting with Michelle at Thoresby Vale Edwinstowe

What a fantastic experience.Michelle went far beyond her job as a Senior Sales Executive when we met today to discuss(and buy) a Harron Homes new build House.She made us feel at home and answered all our questions and had been spot on describing the development and what we could expect before we drove the 60 miles down the road.We look forward to seeing Michelle next week to get all the legal bits out of the way. Hockley Croft in Boroughbridge

Hockley Croft in Boroughbridge, Michelle is a true asset and inspiration to Harron Homes, as she is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and extremely passionate about selling homes! We went to Hockley Croft today to look at the show homes because we're thinking about putting our house on the market but don't know where to start. Michelle explained the Part Exchange Scheme, in which Harron Homes could be our cash buyer. That eliminates the hassle of selling our home, and best of all, we can stay in ours until the new one is built, which is ideal for us because we have a toddler and another on the way. Thank you so much, Michelle. We can't wait to get things started.

Shipley Lakeside

We reserved our plot yesterday at Shipley Lakeside. Amanda has been incredible throughout. We couldn’t have asked for any more. Communication was brilliant before we booked in to reserve, and she was equally as good with dealing with the reservation. I know if I have any questions I can contact her and she’ll help. Julie was also on site and she is equally as lovely and helpful. The appointment gave us all the information that we needed before proceeding with the reservation, you are then given a pack to bring home with everything you need in. Which is great. I look forward to meeting again soon for the next stage.

Amazing experience would highly…

Amazing experience would highly recommend Harron Homes.We decided to move in January 2021 and after myhs of looking at every development and building company we decided on our beautiful home onthe Thorpe Meadows Estate, lots of ups and downs during the process but we still had a great experience and Harron Homes went above and beyond to help us secure our purchase despite award buyers in our chain that could have lost us our beautiful home.Move day was stressful but Ann was great and reassured us as always.Post move we have had issues and yes I won't lie it's been frustrating stressful and on some occasions disappointing, but I think moving just before Christmas enhances everything and in reality Harron Homes have been great communicators and have successfully resolved neatly all our issues and we are very confident the remaining snags will be sorted.Chris site manager has been great and we are 100% pleased we chose Harron Homes the quality of this build is brilliant and we have had compliments from other trades men that are not associated with Harron Homes that have been to our house, what more can I say.

The Hawthornes, Carlton.

The Hawthornes, Carlton. From the start and the first meeting with Caroline we have had nothing but fantastic help, advice and been made to feel like we were been sold a home, not just taking money from us for a house. Some special thanks to Sandra, who then helped us through some interesting times with our buyer, to the day we moved in, just before Xmas. Thank you for the card and warm welcome we received on hand over. I’d like to mention Kelly as well, another fantastic member of the Hawthornes team. Yes there were some hiccups along the journey, but the team dealt with them instantly yes there were a few minor snags, it’s a new build these happen but they have been sorted or just about to be. I have no worries at all. Next I have to mention Zak and Simon, absolutely top blokes, highly professional and also friendly, they actually care about the homes and the site. They both go above and beyond to help. Thanks for your help dealing with our minor issues, and thank you for the home I live in, from the start it felt like a home not just a house. Ps. To the Harron senior managers, they are a top team on the Hawthornes. Look after them or someone else will. Thank you all. Karl and Shelley.

Far Grange Meadows Selby .myself and partner visited the site today to reserve our new home ,we met Sandra who was extremely professional and helpful in explaining both the process and choice of options.she helped us with all queries and provided us with details of their solicitors .as we were a little short on time that day we arranged to revisit later this week to discuss which upgrades and fittings we would like in our new home.we found Sandra was very easy to deal with and would not hesitate in recommending anyone who is considering a new home in this area

Me and my partner have reserved our plot with Harron Homes at Thorseby Vale. We have experienced amazing service, friendly sales representatives and have felt welcome throughout our journey. Michelle at the Thorseby Vale Development has been brilliant. Michelle has been very welcoming and friendly and has always taken time to speak with us and go through everything with us. We couldn’t have asked for a better sales representative. We have been to other developments previously and have not experience the level of friendliness and service we have received with Harron Homes. We will be recommending Harron Homes to our friends and family and we are exicited to cary on our journey with Harron Homes.

I always had concerns about purchasing a new build and after visiting several different developers over the past 12 months my mind had not changed, until I visited Thorpe Meadows yesterday!! Matt at Thorpe Meadows took the time to patiently listen to our concerns and requirements giving us the reassurance we were seeking for me and my partner to buy our first home together. Matt took into account our situation and the fact we had been looking for so long, I was nearly ready to give up looking. Thanks to Matt I left the sales office feeling excited about 2022, in fact I took my parents back an hour later to visit the show homes!! Shocking company AVOID

Shocking company. Customer care is virtually zero. Do not buy from this company unless you want years of chasing snagging and in my case structural issues that just get ignored. Building work on the Amberwood estate in Dewsbury was finished over a year ago and we still don’t have finished pavements or roads. It’s dangerous for children to play out. Builders fencing has been left up outside my garden and when I asked for it to be taken down I was told “you can’t prove it’s our fencing”. We have too many snagging issues to mention and the site manager laughed at me when I asked about them getting fixed/repaired. His reply was “ you get what you pay for” ( his name is Matthew Bradwell) Hopefully you can avoid him. 1 star is too many but you can’t give zero.

Ann at Forresters View, Crich could not have been more helpful and supportive when my plans changed dramatically and I had to find a new home fast. She was so encouraging and understood what I wanted. The Hawthornes, Harron Homes

We recently moved into our property at the Hawthornes estate in Carlton, North Yorkshire and I love it. Getting to completion wasn't the easiest process - but when is it, and that isn't the builders fault. Sandra at the Hawthornes office was a gem, absolute legend. She really went above and beyond for us, and I think was the reason I was sane throughout the process. The property is great, minor snags really and out of those we reported we've got maybe 1 or 2 outstanding - bearing in mind we moved in just before Christmas I think that is great. Zak is a brilliant site manager, and all the interactions we've had with the team on site have been friendly, professional and just helpful. I cannot fault them at all. I'd recommend this site, these people and this company. I am in love with my home and they couldn't have made us more welcome, or done any more for us.

I have had a mostly positive experience with Harron Homes as we recently just bought a house a few months ago. The sales team were nothing but supportive in particular Ann at the Thorpe Meadows site in Chesterfield. She is very friendly and approachable and kept us up to date with sales progress and helped us through some hurdles we had during the process of purchasing. The support made it feel very personal which was lovely. Also would like to mention Chris the assistant site manager who is also very friendly and approachable. We have had some queries/issues since moving in addressed relatively promptly. The houses are beautiful and felt at home straight away. I recommend Harron Homes to anyone looking to purchase a new build.

Highfield Manor

We are really happy with our new home and all the help and support Jane has given us. We had a very complex purchase which which was problematic but Jane was always there to offer solutions and push things along, every query we had she dealt with quickly, and nothing seems to be too much trouble, Jane has made the process very easy. Positive experience & highly recommended

We completed our purchase with Harron just before Christmas on the Bishops Glade development in Ripon. We’ve had a very positive experience throughout the reservation, build, purchase, hand-over and moving in process. We adore our new Dunstanburgh, we love the lay out and build quality. Like all new builds there are some snagging issues but they are being worked through by Rebecca, Fiona and the team. Bigger snags were dealt with very quickly before Christmas, with no quibble from Harron.The builders on-site are very helpful and friendly. Site manager Ian and deputy site manager Clive have been on hand to help answer any questions we may have.We really feel that Rebecca deserves a special mention as she had been readily available throughout the process of buying, completion and after-sales. It has been very reassuring having one point of contact with someone so experienced and passionate. Rebecca has given us good advice throughout - she’s an asset to the company! We would recommend the bishops glade development, it’s very quiet and the team has been fantastic! Thank you.
