I needed to sell our house quickly to be able to offer on another. I called Paul on Tuesday, and it was photographed, listed, viewed and SOLD by the Sunday of the same week! Absolutely unbelievable level of service. There were solicitor delays along the way, but Paul couldn’t have been more helpful, always at the end of the phone and willing to help solve anything he could. Our first buyer pulled out last minute, but through Paul’s effort and hard work, we had a new buyer in little over 24 hours. Paul was great in facilitating our viewing needs. He even contacted us asking if we wanted attend earlier than the online availability shown. When viewing the property, Paul was friendly and knowledgeable regarding the area and the house. He also respected us as viewers, in allowing us space and time to take in the house without him being on our shoulder. Paul maintained a good level of contact post viewing but wasn't pushy. Above and Beyond. After engaging five local estate agents to provide a valuation, we received very differing figures, selling techniques and cost estimates.
