The process of moving a house is stressful enough, then having to deal with solicitors and estate agents can be trying, but where it concerns Paul's service this isn't the case. With a wealth of experience Paul was there for us through every step and we couldn't be thankful enough for his service throughout our process of moving homes. Patient, professional and always available to offer updates and expertise. Couldn't recommend him enough. 11/10 service which is a rarity. Thanks for everything.

Paul Benson has been amazing from start to finish for our sale of the property, I would recommend everyone to use ewe going forward as he has been amazing, giving me constant updates about what’s going on, keeping us updated with how the market is and his recommendations, we ended up getting a lot more for the house then I thought we would and most estate agents would leave the rest to solicitors but Paul has really gone the extra mile to do everything in his power, I will definitely be using the company again and would recommend them to everyone.

I cannot recommend paul at ewe move enough from the first moment we met him to come and value our property to the last time we saw on him on the day we moved he was so professional kept in touch throughout friendly and most importantly honest. He involved us and asked us what we wanted and not in his opinion which is so important as its your home you are trying to sell. If I ever moved home again I wouldn't hesitate to get in touch although we have now finally found our forever home thanks to Paul for getting us where we are thanks again Paul you are a true gentleman.

Right from our original enquiry to sell, Paul Benson from Ewe Move delivered nothing short of excellent service. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, organised like we have never seen before. He arranged absolutely everything, didn’t give any false hope to either ourselves or potential buyers and the marketing literature / videos were amazing. Paul made himself available at all times to respond to any queries we might have had and he kept us informed of updates throughout the whole process. He arranged and carried out all viewings and we felt very confident that his dedication would result in our home being sold quickly. From the very first enquiry to the handing over of keys, Paul gave a 5 star service. He was very accommodating when it came to viewing the property I bought, and his communication was brilliant throughout, always keeping me up to date with how the move was proceeding. Above and Beyond. After engaging five local estate agents to provide a valuation, we received very differing figures, selling techniques and cost estimates. Paul was the last agent we invited, and a last minute decision perhaps led by us both unknowingly feeling that we hadn't found the right person/ company for one reason or another. So glad we did. Paul is genuine, open and honest and provided us with down to earth and well thought out reasoning behind his advice led by his experience and intuition. Paul was our sellers estate agent and was amazing for us through the whole process of our particularly stressful house sale - even though it was beyond his role to keep us as the buyers informed about everything when our estate agent was not. After speaking to other local estate agents who were very negative and pushy we knew Paul was the right person to sell our property. Hes just a genuinely nice person. We used Paul recently to sell our house. From the valuation right up until moving day Paul was there for support. Paul valued our house fairly and sold it on the first day of viewings. Paul is set apart from other local agents because he is available at the peak times when people aren't at work such as weekends and evenings for viewings. He is also available at any point to discuss any concerns or answer questions. He kept us updated all the way through and really kept everything moving. Paul also has a lot of knowledge about properties he sells (we also viewed one with him). Most importantly he is honest and transparent. We can not recommend him highly enough.

Google might have to alter its star rating for Ewemove Estate & Lettings Agents in Goole & Selby; after all, the Burj Al Arab in Dubai is often described as a 7-star hotel. Paul was very helpful, at the beginning of the process had potential buyers, which sped up the process, the quality of the photos used were excellent again Paul's eye for detail having a good photographer. Good advice and taking the time to listen to our concerns during the whole process, having never sold a house before Paul's guidance of the process was invaluable. Not at the top of Estate Agents out of a very long list, but well positioned which convinced us that Paul will get the best price not just a quick sale, positioning the property at the best price, have potential buyers who are well vetted, no time wasters. Very much a people person, friendly, professional. Strongly recommend Paul's service if you want the best results. PS Pauls little guide book is a great read, I am sure for the more experienced house sellers it would be a good thing.

Paul was enthusiastic to start with but then shortly after it was listed the communication stopped. He said he was away but no one was left to look after the sale of my property. Once he returned I struggled to get a reply from him. I was promised a call on a Monday afternoon and got nothing for over a week. I have moved to a different agent and a person who viewed my property with Paul has said that they struggled to get hold of him or any information. This is not good if Paul can't reply to the seller or a potential buyer. I would not recommend Ewemove Selby and Goole to anyone. Wasted 3 months.

We honestly could not recommend Paul highly enough. From start to finish he has been absolutely incredible throughout the whole process. By far the most proactive, friendly, and helpful estate agent we have ever dealt with. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he constantly went out of his way to make sure everything got done and kept moving forward. There are ‘order takers’, happy to put your house on Rightmove and see what happens. Then there is Paul Benson, a superstar estate agent who will actually sell your house. We had 4 other agents over to look at our house when putting it on the market and Paul was head and shoulders above all of them. Since appointing Paul he worked tirelessly to get our house sold while making our lives easier. What really stood out was Paul’s determination when our chain was on the verge of breaking down. At one stage, it genuinely looked as though the whole sale could fall apart but Paul went above and beyond to keep everything moving and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to help save the chain. Without his persistence, problem solving and willingness to get involved, we’re not sure we would have reached completion. If you want proactivity and communication that leads to actual results then you need to appoint Paul Benson
