Robinsons Sedgefield office provided me with a faultless service. As an Executor to a will I instructed them to sell a property following probate. As I live on the south coast having such a reliable service was hugely reassuring and removed the stress. They were always on the end of the phone, and without exception helpful and patient. All very positive throughout. I was slightly put off on first contact by a slight mix up with dates/ times at the very outset of the process when arranging to have the property valuation done. It seems the office had made a diary error - but phoned phoned to correct it - so no harm done.After that all was very smooth and Anita ( Sedgefield office) was extremely professional. Thanks.

We recently sold a property using Robinsons, Bishop Auckland after looking around at other potential estate agents. From start to finish the whole process was smooth, and made what can be a stressful process anything but. Our property sold within 4 weeks of being listed and the sale went through with total success shortly afterwards. We would definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their property with ease.
