Huge thanks

A huge thanks to Michelle, Chelsea, Karen & Michael at the Chester Le Street branch. After a shockingly poor experience with another Estate Agent, I decided to contact Michael and give the Robinsons Team a try. Michael came straight out and within a week I had a pristine ad on the website, with absolutely fantastic images and a cracking write-up. I couldn't have asked for more. And the proof in the pudding - within a couple of weeks I'd secured a sale, and that was after 3 months with the previous agent. Fantastic. Great after-service, loads of communication through the whole process to completion (thanks Chelsea). I couldn't recommend them more highly!

A really big thank you to Ryan and the team at Robinsons for selling the house. It has been a delight in working with them , very polite, very professional, very honest, very happy to deal with any issues. Ryan ,when he came out to see the property he was very well presented ,courteous and enthusiastic. The write up he done was amazing and the video was out of this world, i think that sold the house !!!!!!!.Once it went live it sold within 2 days, and i put that down to the presentation he put together. Sharon in the office, well i will miss the crack we have had on the phone . You to are very confident in handling enquires and have helped out with any issues, which has been very far and few between. While you have kept me updated we still have a laugh or two. Well I don’t really know what to say other than fantastic!! Sam and his team went above and beyond for my family, selling a home is meant to be one of the most stressful things you can do (or so they say) but Sam and Mandy who were dealing with the sale of my house were top class no complaints at all just a big thankyou! Can’t recommend Robinsons Spennymoor any more - from the valuation process with Sam and the taking of photos he was professional but down to earth and made me feel in safe hands every step of the way. Mandy updated me sometimes daily with progress and if I had any queries big or small she was just a phone call away they really did go above and beyond. What a fantastic experience I've had with Robinsons Sedgefield!From the minute I met Ryan I knew he was the perfect person to help me sell my sister's house. My husband and I recently sold our property using Robinsons Sedgefield and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience! We had quotes for the sale of our property from various estate agents in our local area, but the most important part to us was finding an agent who was genuine and affable. Our first encounter with the branch was meeting Ryan when he came to our home, from the moment we got talking we knew this was the right company for us; his knowledge of the local area, experience of sales, and his kind and helpful demeanor were so reassuring and exactly what we were looking for. He was honest about the figure we could expect for our property, thoroughly explained everything the company and branch would do, and allayed any anxiety we had about selling our home.Our main point of contact throughout the duration of the sale was Danni, who has been fantastic. She is so approachable, knowledgeable, supportive and an absolute credit to the branch! Any questions, problems, or even just worries, she has been there throughout; constantly on the ball juggling both emails and phone calls. This was our first time selling a property as well as purchasing a new one, so the whole situation was quite daunting; the idea of having to rely on a sale to complete a new purchase was very nerve-wracking, but Danni was there to hold my hand and guide us throughout, which I am beyond grateful for! Ryan, Danni & Sharon at the Sedgefield branch. Wow, what absolutely lovely, professional people. We began renting through Robinsons almost a year ago, and from the start they were absolutely fantastic. So approachable, and the process was seamless. We then wanted to buy our first home, I went into Robinsons to ask some questions about the process and again, they were fantastic. The whole process was stress free. Even with the overlap with our rental, they continue to keep us in the loop about new tenants coming in. Their communication is excellent. I’ve never met such nice estate agents, and I’ve dealt with a lot over my time in rental properties! I was so pleased the house we were buying was through Robinsons.
