GoogleVery helpful and responsive. The manager helped resolve issues with our buyer’s buyer, despite me having used a different agent to sell our own property. Significant issues lower down the chain, threatened and jeopardised the whole transaction. Nick chased the (online) conveyancer and individuals involved, to progress to a successful conclusion - more so than our own estate agent! We’re most appreciative of Nick’s candid support, his obvious experience and the trouble he took to communicate with us directly and promptly. Thank you. Highly recommend.

GoogleI Rented a small flat with Phillip man for three years; we were easy quite tenants. Both under 30, we were expected to give an extra deposit as a guarantee due to our age and income. However, this was never logged in the deposit scheme or returned to us even three months after moving out. They were challenging to get hold of, never called back when requested and often ignored our emails; During tendency and after. They would also only ever respond to my partner, which was very rude. They did not explain how to get our deposit back, despite many attempts to contact them and receive this over a three month period. They then proceed to charge us 606gbp to clean a three-room flat. Practically all our deposit and keep the extra we paid. Companies like this are why young people can't afford to rent in this country, and they should feel ashamed of themselves.NegativeResponsiveness

GooglePhillip Mann were sole agents for the sale of our house in Seaford. Excellent service, beginning to end, and a very pleasant team with good work ethic. Their knowledge of the area was reflected in their sound advice for the valuation the property and offers on the house were evaluated in a way that demonstrated their experience in coordinating sales successfully. Their communication by phone and email was excellent and minor issues with the buyers’ mortgage offer were quickly and fairly resolved.

Every one of them were incredibly helpful and polite. There's a real family feel in this branch and it was a pleasure having them assist my purchase and making sure things went as smoothly as possible. Thoroughly recommend.

Disappointed.... Seemingly helpful and patient initially, but, towards the end of buying our property , they lacked the follow up, and for us personally, their reputation fell by the wayside! Part of our agreement, was not followed through, Phillip Mann, assured us, that at the expense of the seller a locksmith would attend the property and replace lock/missing keys for side entrance lean to door…. I rang Phillip Mann everyday for 3 /4 days prior to our completion date, and each day I called, I was told - the locksmith was going in today, tomorrow etc!! Hence to say, we moved in and the locksmith had not attended in any way shape or form. Felt we had been fobbed off actually, and that it was not important enough to them as the completion date was so close!! At our expense, we had to break open the side door and replace lock..... I wondered, did they think we would not notice!!!

GoogleWe bought and sold through Phillip Mann and found all the staff very helpful, patient and understanding throughout the entire sale and purchase process. We had many interactions over a period of 12 months as things got protracted (not due to P Mann) yet they made the process very easy for us. Great service across the board.
