GoogleWe recently sold our house via Phillip Mann in Seaford. I just wanted to share with everyone how good they were. I mean all the guys in the office and Phillip too who I also had the pleasure of speaking to. However, I would like to pick out Nick Hayward who specifically dealt with us. Selling a house can be seriously stressful and we were going through difficult times with the housing market recently. Nick was wonderful, remaining calm and positive despite our concerns. We always had plenty of viewings and secured a buyer quickly. It was the after sales service that really stood out with Nick. He is a seriously experienced agent who has great attention to detail. Always updating us and chasing up enquiries with agents and solicitors. A top man, a very nice guy. I have no hesitation in recommending Nick and all the guys at Phillip man .

GoogleThis is the second time I’ve bought a property through Philip Mann Seaford. Yet again all the staff I dealt with were professional, thorough and charming. Josh Avis went above and beyond what I’ve come to expect in an estate agent. Nothing was too much trouble, even though the whole thing took almost a year, and was fraught with difficulties. He made the process a much more pleasant experience. Thank you.

Communication was always good with prompt responses to calls and emails. Viewing appointments were always spot on time. A real sense of good customer service which is often lacking these days. I would highly recommend.

GoogleNeeding to sell a property at the end of last year when the financial market was not at its best needed a steady guiding hand and the team at Phillip Mann Seaford provided just that. Josh Avis and his colleagues were professional, approachable, realistic and encouraging, demonstrating a good understanding of the local market. They were also very helpful in terms of finding the right people for conveyancing and house clearance and made the whole process as smooth and as painless as possible. This is probably why they are the leading local estate agents!
