Our flat was sold by Phillip Mann they were excellent. All of the team were very helpful. Especially Adam keeping us up to date what was happening. He was very friendly and professional. They were easy to get hold of on the phone and they replied to our emails quickly. I was very impressed with getting a buyer so fast and how helpful everyone was. I would definitely recommend Phillip Mann to other people who are thinking selling or buying. Very happy with our property description ,photographs and advertising.The staff were all very helpful and guided us through the process of our sale .Always kept us updated throughout ,I was very pleased that they undertook the viewings .Despite an initial disappointment with our first buyer pulling out ,the guys kept us sane and quickly found us another buyer . I cannot thank Adam enough for the chasing and the work that was put into making the purchase of my new home happen! Nothing was ever any trouble, even when I visited the house more than twice! I was very happy with Phillip Mann selling our property in Seaford. I couldn’t be in the UK but the team there worked together to arrange viewings and progress the sale at a time of the year when selling property is more difficult and were alert to all the issues eg keeping heating on to protect pipes during winter. Lewis and Michael were a pleasure to work with and ultimately secured a sale at the price I had anticipated. Although I obviously wasn’t their only client, sometimes I felt like I was. Excellent efficient and friendly service and a good outcome.

Thank you Nick Hayward a man with the patients of a saint. After our parents died Nick was given the job of selling there property in Seaford. He found a buyer very soon and all was progressing well until unfortunately the buyer suddenly died and then Covid lockdown came in and everything stopped. He soon found another buyer for us but no one was moving at that time. Then the purchasers Solicitors went out of business and everything had to start again with a new Solicitor, we were beginning to think what else can happen, then it did. The purchasers landlord did not have a Fire or Asbestos Certificate on the block of flats she lived in which her purchasers needed and THE LANDLORD REFUSED TO GET ONE CARRIED OUT, UNBELIEVEABLE AND TOTALLY AGAINST THE LAW. Her purchaser and herself then paid for the surveys to be carried out themselves. We finally completed recently after 3 years and was only due to Nick Haywards help and support it was exchanged. Great experience with Phillip Mann Seaford who sold me my bungalow in summer 2023. I was very fussy as I was settled in rental accomodation for 2 years following the sale of my house, in no rush and determined to get what I had dreamt of.. and I did! The team were very patient with me. Josh was the main lead on my sale and did a fab job of getting the deal done. Communication was great throughout the transaction. He also viewed a number of properties with me. I really appreciated his advice at one particular point when I was giving up on my dream.
