GoogleI used Fraser from Allen and Harris as my mortgage advisor during my recent purchase of a property. I cannot recommend Fraser more. He is warm, friendly, extremely experienced and completely professional. I can honestly say that having Fraser as a mortgage advisor is guaranteed to make any house purchase far less stressful. I cannot recommend him enough.

GoogleSuch a friendly branch, every single member of the team couldn’t do enough to help. Lynn was very honest and friendly and explained everything from the start. Natalia was particularly outstanding and provided excellent feedback from the countless viewings. She offered great advice throughout the process and the house sold super quick for a great price. GoogleUsed Allen and Harris to sell my flat recently, the girls in the office were great really attentive and professional. My flat was sold within a week 21% over the asking price. They also put me in touch with their in house mortgage advisor, Fraser, who helped me secure a mortgage for my new property. I couldn't have done any of this without them and everyone in the branch gave a much more personal touch than some of the online only estate agents.

GooglePamela and her team were absolutely fantastic which gave us real confidence that our home would sell with them. Their marketing package ensured we had loads of interest which led to us getting a brilliant price for our house. I would strongly recommend using the Burnside office as you will be in good hands. GoogleI met with a number of estate agents prior to selling my home and Allen and Harris came out top. From the initial meeting with Pamela I knew I would use them. Friendly yet professional service from start to finish. The communication from them was excellent, they were always there to answer any queries day or night! The prices are very reasonable too. Very happy and would recommend to anyone.

GoogleSo as a cash buyer I tried to put in a reasonable offer today, via my solicitor, for a property they are selling, but they won't even take my offer to the vendor. This would sometimes be what happens when they have set a closing date, but there is no closing date set at present and no other offers made!. If I was their customer I would be fuming that they were refusing offers on my behalf rather than letting me judge on whether I wanted to accept the offer. I would never use people with this system to sell a property for me.
