GoogleWelcome Homes was recommended to me after having a bad experience with another agency. I recently appointed them to takeover the management of a rental property and I couldn’t be happier with the service I have received so far. The previous agency left me in quite a predicament as a landlord and Ele seamlessly took over and got things back on track. She has been very approachable, knowledgable and willing to help at all times. I would highly recommend.

They certainly took the added worry and stress out of tenanting my property, and continue to do so with the management that they provide. Their fees are very reasonable, and they go above and beyond. GoogleI cannot recommend Welcome Lettings highly enough. After a bad experience with a previous agent, they have come along and restored our faith in the business. Living overseas, we need someone we can trust to manage our property and take away all the stress that comes with being a landlord. Welcome Lettings helped get our property back onto the rental market and successfully secured a tenant within a relatively short period of time. The process has been seamless with great communication and very little input necessary from ourselves. Thank You!

They provided an outstanding service and were completely approachable at all stages of the sale from the viewing, the offers and the progression of the sale. They were very good at keeping me informed of what was happening and at chasing up any hurdles to make sure the sale went through, including dealing with the solicitors. They went above and beyond and I would completely recommend them
