Good morning Paul, I am sorry to see you have rated us with 1 star. I know you completed on your property yesterday; unfortunately completion day can be a very stressful time. At the time we spoke, the vendor's solicitor had not authorised key release however we phoned them to check this and they confirmed we were able to do so. Unfortunately, the vendor had not dropped the keys off at this time. We had advised the vendor previously that it is preferable to have the keys at our office in the morning in the event that completion takes place earlier in the day however this is of course something that is out of our control and we have to wait until the vendor drops them off in order to release them. Furthermore, I am glad you are now moved into your new home and we hope you will be very happy there. Of course, should you wish to discuss anything further, please do not hesitate to contact me.
