GoogleLiam helped us to get our home onto the market swiftly, generating around 14 views within the first days of being online. Within the first three days we had already received our first offer which we were delighted to accept. We were incredibly impressed with the professionalism and efforts by both Liam and his team leading to a successful sale completion. We would happily recommend Liam to other sellers in the area.

GoogleFantastic and professional staff, very good communication and even better at pushing solicitors to get a move on to complete, which would definitely have taken much longer without the staffs help. We would highly recommend Liam Darrell in Scarborough to friends and family.

GoogleLiam Darrell's have been most helpful with the sale of my father's house after his death. Helping us deal with a property that is over 150 miles away form where i live. I would recommend them to anyone selling a property in Scarborough.

GoogleCouldn't ask for a more professional individual than Liam. I work in wales and left everything to him to sort out for the sale of my house. Not only has he sold it. He has gone above and beyond a normal agent. For example, he got quotes to a roof leak we developed half way through sales processing. He then checked it, sent me photos, kept me and the buyer in the loop and then went around and cleaned up after leak was fixed. He gives me updates at least weekly. So impressed that I asked him if he could help my mum sell hers. My parents are elderly and they are too extremely impressed. He's been brilliant. What's more he just negotiated a sale for them too. I would recommend Liam to the world if I could. Shame there is not more agents like him out there

Liam and Diane worked tirelessly throughout the sale, managed the after sales process to make exchange run smoothly and kept us well informed of progress all the way through. GoogleLiam and his first class team made what can often be a stressful process of selling and buying a property a more painless experience. This was achieved by always answering calls and questions in a friendly and professional manner . Always following up concerns and giving reassurance when needed , oh and also achieving a sale after a couple of weeks on the market. Many Thanks for everything

GoogleTop class service and support throughout the whole process. Marketing suggestions were highly effective and only when Liam was satisfied he’d prepared every detail to the highest standard did he offer our property for sale. Sold in 3 days !! As a buyer, the same level of customer service applied. A prompt, professional, friendly team that always made us we feel like the only client (we definitely weren’t)

GoogleMy property sold quickly. Generally very helpful and efficient. A few minor issues, but nothing serious. Would have given them 4 1/2 stars if I was able to.
