GoogleMany thanks to Liam and Dianne for an excellent service from start to end, they kept us fully informed throughout a sale that was not straight forward, as can be the case in a chain, if you want a local company who answers the phone and knows exactly where you are in the process without you having to quote reference numbers and are proactive in liaising with other parties, they take the stress out of buying and selling your property. I could not recommend highly enough.

GoogleAbsolutely excellent! We ended up using Liam Darrell for both sale and purchase and i'm very pleased we did. Liam Darrell were excellent for advice and gave us detailed updates at each step of the way & worked tirelessly through the issues that arose. Although every one who we dealt with was excellent i would especially like to commend Bekky for her brilliant work. Could not recommend them more highly.

GoogleBought a house advertised by Liam Darrell as a first time buyer, they were really helpful throughout the process especially Diane who handled most of the purchase. Thank you for your patience with all my questions and support resolving queries and issues, it was very much appreciated.

GoogleLiam Darrell Estate Agents have given us a top quality service. This was the second time we have used them because they do know how to sell houses; both times we have got the asking price or more (which at the moment is no mean feat), and done so fairly quickly. However it was the service from Bekky we were particularly impressed with....emails being answered at all times (even on a Sunday night!), other agents, solicitors and parties being chased when needed and we were always updated, always ringing back if we left a message; the service was faultless and I have no doubt if we had gone with another estate agent the chain would have collapsed....i definitely highly recommend!

GoogleWe used Liam for the sale of my mums house, exceptional and professional service from Liam, fantastic communication from Liam and Dianne. The best estate agents in Scarborough. Realistic valuation on the property. Great service from start to finish. I know quite a few people now who have used Liam for both selling and buying a property and they all agree his services are 5 star. Will be using Liam again in the near future for another property sale. Thank you again 😊

GoogleWe couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from Liam Darrell Estate Agents. Communication brilliant from the start, nothing was too much trouble, all the team were polite and helpful. They are very much a friendly company but with a professional edge always striving to achieve the best for you and your buyer. A buyer for our home was achieved quickly and due to great communication all ran quickly and smoothly. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Liam Darrell & Team.

GoogleLiam came in with a fresh idea after my house was on the market for some time with no offers. His ideas and strategy worked extremely well and within 5 days my house sold above asking price! HOWEVER, the star of the show here is Diane! She goes above and beyond at all times, even over the weekend, to make sure the process goes smoothly and all parties are kept informed of what is happening. She makes sure things happen in the right order and quickly and keeps in touch every step of the way. Her communication is amazing and will update you with any changes as soon as she knows what is going on. I've recommended them to many people and will keep doing it, and will definitely use them again in the future if needed!!

GoogleRecently completed on our first house with Liam Darrell Estate Agents. The entire team were professional throughout though I must credit Diane the most as she was our primary contact. Dealt with all our concerns as and when we rose them, and layed things out in laymens terms so even I had an idea what was going on. Would reccomend them to experienced or first time buyers alike. Thank you, The Martins.

GoogleEven though Liam was not our estate agent, Liam went out of his way to make our property search as easy as possible, nothing was too much trouble. His is extremely knowledgeable with a friendly laid back but professional manner. I would certainly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell, buy or rent.

GoogleOverall, we found the service excellent, they were supportive and helpful and always quick to respond to any queries and the property was comprehensively advertised. The only reason for giving a 4 star rather than a 5 was that we specified at the start that we did not want For Sale signs outside the property (as it was empty and we did not wish to advertise this). Despite this directive, on 3 occasions, signs were erected and we had to take them down even though each time we re-stated that we did not want signs.

GoogleAltogether a positive experience, from the initial valuation to sale took just under 6 months, during which time we received regular updates on progress and viewings, together with weekly contacts by email and telephone. Once a buyer had been found the sale went ahead quickly and smoothly. I would certainly recommend Liam Darrell Estate Agents for their professionalism and positive attitude to doing business.
