GoogleAbsolutely fabulous. The whole team are fantastic, Beth, Tori, Dionne, Mark, Garry all of them. Kieran, who has managed the sale of my late mum's property has been incredible, understanding, supportive and has ensured the sale has gone through very smoothly. The team sold the property in 1 week. I couldn't recommend CPH highly enough.

Loved his no nonsense attitude and super professionalism I only wish more agents operated like this. TrustpilotQuick & reliable with fire and electrical emergencies
As a private tenant under CPH property management services, I have seen many situations where the Tenants and the property needs are quickly accommodated. At 01.30 last July, the fire alarm kept going off all night long, with no evidence of fire. Within 4 hours of leaving a message with CPH, they had a Fire Alarm company attended and quickly and professionally resolved the problem! Last week my electricity cut off at 08.50 on a morning CPH has training courses. I left a phone message and sent a text. Within one hour, their sparky Nick called me to notify me he would arrive within the hour! Excellent service all round!

GoogleDropped by the CPH office last week to have a general look at properties they have for sale. All the staff were very attentive and Tori took her time to show me all suitable properties and gave me some nice property brochures. Will definitely be using them in the future.

FacebookI bought my house from cph so I wasnt paying them but they were still efficient, effective, friendly, hardworking and know exactly what they're doing.They give an excellent service and will always speak to you / call you back.I wouldn't recommend my solicitors but I would recommend cph.

FacebookDear Mr FletcherYour company was recommended to me via a family friend and I have to say I have not been disappointed. We started off rather slowly and then Alex took over the property. He has been excellent and I cannot praise him more highly. He has made the entire process stress free.We had an offer on the property which I accepted but within 24 hours someone else made a marginally higher offer. I wasn’t sure how to proceed and Alex reassured me he would sort the situation for me. He spoke to each potential purchaser and the upshot was, the successful purchaser paid £5000 over the asking price. An excellent result I’d say!I would certainly recommend CPH and Alex too.

GoogleExcellent service. Very professional. We were in a chain buying and selling. Dionne, the residential sales manager, kept us informed about progress throughout the chain. Her ability to keep us informed was better than any of the other professionals involved in the process. CPH is a property service that is highly recommended.
