Imagine moving into a 'home' covered in food, blood and other questionable stains. Broken appliances throughout, and the grease covered belongings of all the previous tenants. Then picture your estate agent comes along and confirms this is an acceptable state for your property to be in. Wallpaper peeling, mould growing, slugs and ants squatting.If this sounds like the home for you, choose regal.

I have found Regal provide a professional service to me when organising the letting and management of my property. I deal with Jessica in lettings and have found her approach, communications and professionalism excellent. She deals with problems and sourcing contactors very quickly and is a good communicator which is good when dealing with tenants as well as myself.

Very efficient at getting photos taken promptly and then on the web on the same day. All staff seemed to be aware of previous conversations we'd had with their colleagues.
