GooglePerfect Agent for what we required. Tried a few agents in the area but found Parker Rose to be very good at what they do, very professional, trust worthy and brilliant turnaround if my property becomes vacant. My property came empty on the 24th April and I was expecting a vacant period of 2 weeks (which I had with other agents) however they managed to do a checkout report with the old tenants at 9:30am and with inventory complete the new tenants were MOVED IN by 1PM. Great team and I wouldn't go to anyone else!!
