Absolutely awful estate agents to work with, for over a year now iv been chasing missing payments that my tenants have paid to them but they have failed to send it over to me. They owe me over £7,000 and I have called and left messages and emails and not one single person has tried to resolve the matter, I keep getting told the manager is out of office and I’ll get him to call you back and he never does. Its sickening to think they would put somebody through this especially with it being a substantial amount that has been missed over the months.

TrustpilotAVOID - TERRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNCIATION
My landlord transferred the management of the property I am renting to MPK last November (2024). The communication is appalling. I have called so many times and left voicemails for someone to contact me URGENTLY, along with various E Mails to 3 different E Mail addresses. I have also contacted via Facebook, again no response. I have also commented on Facebook to ask if anyone answers phones and E Mails for the comment to be deleted.

This company has the poorest communication skills and scam you out of your own rent. I have been unable to get in touch with agents for weeks or months at a time and when I do their service has always been insufficient. Recently management seems to have changed as they have gotten even worse and employees always seem unwilling to help or have an attitude.

I found MPK a very professional company they sold my property in 3weeks , the previous agent taken over 3 months with no sale. Tony Singh went beyond he's duties to ensure sale went through smoothly. I have no hesitation in recommending MKP.

GoogleAppalling service, as a landlord I would not recommend at all. They do not ensure timely rent payments or any correspondence with an explanation, constantly chasing them for everything. You're better off managing your property independently. Had 2 properties with them and I have had to communicate with tenants myself to arrange to have my properties vacated as the agency has done such a poor job of communicating. Not worth the waste of time or money.

GoogleAvoid the West Bromwich branch at all cost. The so called manager Satty Judge is fraudulent. A monthly service fee is charged to cover general management annual house checks and chasing rent if needed however never attends the property. He can never present any evidence to prove he has attended. He has increased the rent to my property and charging my tenant more money and has pocketed the increased amount. Even when the tenant themselves have provided written statements to say Parker Rose haven’t attended Satty has refused these claims and instructed his team to state he is always away from his desk so can not answer emails/letters or any other forms of communication. Parker Rose has done this with both of my property. Please do not use this company at all costs. This has now been escalated to a small courts tribunal, citizens advice bureau and Watchdog.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

FacebookAWFUL COMPANY! Not sure they even exist to be honest..no one ever answers the phone e mails or social media. I have left so many voicemails and e mails for an urgent response as one of their tenants and still waiting well over a week later!! Are you even still open??
