Founded by Ben, a Wokingham resident with over 20 years in the property industry, our promise is to make moving home a fantastic experience. We are a property services company with our customers at the heart of everything we do. We know how important the sale or let of your property is to you, so we will do everything we can to get you the best possible result. After all, if you are happy with what we do for you, then you are more likely to shout about us from the rooftops. We are really proud to live by our company values and they are the driver behind everything we do. We hold ourselves to account and we expect our customers to hold us to account as well. GoogleWe marketed and sold our house in Sandhurst through Hat and Home. We were very happy with their support throughout the process. At the outset they provided a thorough report to demonstrate their pricing strategy, generated a lot of interest in the property, and remained engaged and responsive from the time that we accepted an offer until completion. Thanks to Jordan, Tilly, Lisa and the whole team for helping us through the transaction.

GoogleI sold through Hat and Home Sandhurst. It was an excellent initial sales experience and Jordan was really helpful, with regular communications. However, once we had an offer accepted on our new house through another agent and started the full sales process, the service by the progressor was really poor, with very little communication and, at times, verging on rude. I ended up relying on updates from the agent we were buying through.

GoogleHaving read previous reviews about Hat and Home I could not disagree more. Marny Howick and her team have been fantastic. I can not emphasise enough how friendly, polite and helpful they have been. We have had to withdraw our property from the market due to personal reasons but during our dealings with them they have kept us informed at all times and nothing has been too much trouble. I can only assume that the previous reviews are fake. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to use an estate agent and I would not consider using anyone else. One of the better agents in the area with a more personal service. Helen and Mike

GoogleMy experience as a first time buyer viewing with Hat and Home has been excellent. Marney and Libby were very helpful and professional when discussing the property I was interested in. Both were very responsive when I had questions after my first viewing. Marney was very flexible when I had to rearrange my second viewing and kept me updated throughout the whole process when I made my offer. I would thoroughly recommend Hat and Home as a professional yet friendly estate agent.

GoogleI have used Hat and Home at Sandhurst for my move, the first time in 20 years. From start to finish I found the team very professional. Special mention must go to Lucas, he was new to the team and I think it was one of his first appointments, really pleasant young guy and always put himself out to help with the process. Would definitely recommend Hat and Home.

Hat and Home Sandhurst have been absolutely amazing. They are always on hand, even long after hours. Marney, Jan and Lisa have been fantastic through a very stressful sale. From the first time they came to value to exchanging they have delivered 100% the whole way through, nothing was ever too much trouble. This time was no different, they once again delivered an excellent, seamless experience. From the start, Michael handled the contract process with clarity and efficiency, Harry took charge of finding suitable tenants and securing the agreement, and Amanda finalised the AST with great attention to detail. At every stage, I worked with people who were polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to meeting my requirements. I highly recommend Hat and Home.

The ad was for a Freehold property with garage. Did not mention the other freehold for the house above the garage. They issued a memo of sale, no mention of a lease or that the freehold above is not held by the garage freeholder. Legal liabilities are not clear, we may back out of sale.

Hat and Home were the best Estate Agents we have dealt with in our quest to find a house. We dealt with Libby on both our viewings and email correspondence as well as Jack. Both of them are extremely communicative and clear with information and acted prudently when called upon. Libby was extremely helpful when it came to getting a 1st viewing on the property we purchased and gave us all the info we needed to make a decision. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell as well as buy as they really to everything they can to provide top quality service. Post purchase they are keeping us up to date on latest progress. They also recommend good brokers and surveyors to use as well.

FacebookFantastic Estate Agent - Dan is a star We sold our property through Hat & Home completing in October 2023. From start to finish the service provided by Dan was excellent. They always stayed in touch and followed up on any viewing which were made now property and also on viewings which we made on other properties. I would highly recommend Hat and Home. From making an enquiry a few years ago, Dan always stayed in touch to see if I was in looking to sell /buy. When the time came to sell, I had no hesitation in who to turn to. They are modern estate agent who understand how to sell and work hard for their clients
