Dealing with the sale of a family home when your parent's have passed away is never going to be easy. Sam, Gill, Natalie and the team in Selsdon have been brilliant from first instruction, counselling on market and subsequently assisting throughout the purchase with access as our remaining family don't live in the area now. Altogether a great experience which made the process easier to deal with.

Both Allison and Aymee who are looking after me are very professional, yet have a friendly approach in their dealings with the landlords and the tenants. I guess if the test is being able to find buyers of a house in a nationwide lockdown before the stamp duty holiday runs out then Paul Meakin showed what they can do.
