Tailor made! Where do i start... This company has been absolutely amazing from start to finish going above and beyond for us while selling our house. His professionalism, his attention to detail and courteous manner were outstanding. We cannot recommend him enough. Firstly, Tailor Made are THE estate to use when either selling or buying as their knowledge of both the area and seemingly every property on Sandbanks is second to none. Secondly, you will go a long way to find a more experienced, knowledgable, helpful and friendly estate agent than Josh. With a selling frenzy going on throughout the intervening lock-down periods Josh always managed to keep us well informed of progress and dealt professionally at all times with both ourselves and our buyers. My experience says not all estate agents are the same - very few equal Josh and the Tailor Made team.

Oh dear! What can I say? There were problems from the start, delays, tantrums, lost keys, cancelled meetings and stroppy individuals! However, even though we tested Tailor Made to the limit with all of the above - not once did Robert get cross with us! He remained polite, friendly, patient and professional. Whether you are buying or selling - get on the phone to Tailor Made! There is a clue in the name - they will truly tailor their services to meet your needs! Trust them! He was patient and understanding and accommodating to our needs and supported us through the whole process to the final stages.
