I just had to leave a review to thank all of the team at Tailor Made for finding us the perfect property. Josh in particular was amazing from start to finish of the buying process getting involved in every detail to make sure that we had covered all bases. It is so refreshing to deal with a team that really know what they are doing and go over the top to give you the best experience possible. Even when it came down to solicitor issues, Josh was the first to put his hand up and track down the issues and solve them immediately. I know I can trust such an amazing team and will definitely pass over additional opportunities to Tailor Made in the future as when dealing with so many customer issues across many vertical sectors, Tailor Made have very much stuck to the basic and right principles of putting the client first and making the whole experience a professional and uplifting one. Five stars is the maximum one can give in these reviews but I would happily have awarded more had the facility existed. My wife and I have recently moved home permanently to Sandbanks. We had originally seen a few properties online and arranged to view them, accompanied by Sarah Monier-Williams of Tailor Made. Sarah was extremely friendly and helpful and realised that our needs in a permanent home (as opposed to a holiday home) were not necessarily met by the proerties we had selected, both in terms of size and immediate location. As such, but still mindful of our budget, she showed us a flat we had not previously considered. Needless to say, it was very quickly apparent that it was "the one" and we made an offer there and then. It is now our new home, indeed almost certainly our "forever" home and we are very happy here since the reality is living up to the dream. The conveyncing process was a little tortuous, almost totally as a result of our buyer's solicitor being elusive and slow on their part. Throughout, Sarah was supportive, proactive and very efficient, offering suggestions as to how matters might be resolved, no matter how big or small. This remained the case right through to completion which, ultimately, was as stress-free as it could have been. We really only had dealings with Sarah, but are sure that she is supported by an equally dedicated and efficient team at Tailor Made.

Sarah helped us with the purchase of our new wonderful home in Poole and I have to say she was honestly the best Estate Agent we have ever dealt with and we were so glad she handled our purchase for us. Sarah was super responsive, proactive to ensure everything was progressing with our sale on time (something we have definitely not experienced with other agents) and had a clear depth of knowledge of the property we were buying, the local area and the neighbours. She was so impressive. If we ever decide to sell and Sarah is still in the business, she’ll be the first person we ask to help us! I can’t recommend highly enough.
