Everyone needs a Michelle in their lives when undertaking the stressful task of buying or selling a house. We had an outstanding experience working with Michelle and couldn’t recommend her more highly. Before working with Michelle, we had our house on the market with other high street agents and it hadn’t sold. Michelle took a completely different approach and the results spoke for themselves. Our house was sold on the very first viewing and achieved a higher price than we had previously been offered. What really sets Michelle apart is the level of service she provides. Her communication was excellent throughout, always keeping us informed and making the whole process feel calm and well managed. She genuinely goes above and beyond and you can tell she truly cares about getting the best outcome for her clients. Having sold several houses over the years, we can honestly say this was by far the best experience we’ve had with an estate agent. The personal service from an independent agent makes such a difference compared to the typical high street experience. Not a good experience, i feel they have to many properties to fully care for all their customers. Our property didn't sell which isn't necessarily Tews fault, but we were never contacted by them, no updates, the agents didn't know or ask about anything about our property, Took days for them to make contact after leaving messages. probably better hosting your own property on rightmove or on the market and save yourself some money.
