Exceptional Estate Agent, Truly Above and Beyond

My experience with this estate agent has honestly been excellent. Right from the first conversation, I felt like I was dealing with someone who genuinely cares about what they do and really looks after their clients. Communication was spot on the whole way through, always quick to respond, clear, and reassuring. I was kept updated at every stage, and they often answered my questions before I even had to ask. Their understanding of the local market was clear, and the advice they gave was honest and actually useful, not just what you want to hear. What really stood out to me was their dedication. They consistently went the extra mile and handled everything with a really professional but friendly approach. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and even when there were a few bumps along the way, they dealt with everything calmly and confidently, which made the whole process feel so much easier. Because of their hard work and experience, everything went smoothly and on time. I felt supported from start to finish, and the final outcome was better than I expected. I’d recommend them without hesitation. If you’re looking for a reliable, proactive, and genuinely great estate agent, you won’t be disappointed.

Team Michelle 🥳🥳

As a first time buyer, the process can be quite daunting, but Michelle was on hand to guide me through every step and to make sure I was always the first to know about recent updates. Michelle was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Every contact we had during the process was positive and productive. I couldn’t recommend Michelle’s services more, as you are treated as a person and not a number. The cute personalised new home card on exchange day demonstrates how personal this service is. If you’re buying or selling, look no further!!

A 'breath of fresh air'!

We bought a house through Michelle and have to say, that we were very impressed with Michelle's excellent professional performance, her detailed knowledge/experience, of housing market and estate agency practises and how she possesses a rare, calm, straight-forwards, NO BS demeanour/attitude, towards her work, ensuring that ALL parties remain happy. Although we will live in the house, whilst renovating it; we intend to 'flip it' asap - At the moment; there's ONLY one 'runner' in the 'find my next estate agent' race and I look forwards to working with Michelle again, on our subsequent sale.

Excellent Service

Michelle is possibly the most down to earth realistic and totally transparent Estate agent we have met and after viewing 24 properties in this area with various estate agents I can honestly and wholeheartedly say this.. Communication could not have been better. She listens to everything you say takes everything onboard. Cannot fault our experience with this lovely lady. I hope we keep in touch with her. Good luck Michelle and Thank You for your total transparency throughout our dealings with you. We haven't seen much of that from other agents.
