GoogleLewis King were great. With 2 buyers pulling it out things turned into quite a long and stressful process but Rory and Ben never lost motivation. They always replied to emails in a respectful time and were always willing to roll their sleeves up and make any necessary calls and negotiations to keep things moving. I'd definitely recommend them.

GoogleFrom start to finish Rory at Lewis King has been nothing short of fantastic. I rang him one day to ask if he could come and value our house the same day. Very reasonably priced and the house was on the market within the week. All viewings were done to suit my schedule by Rory. We sold the house quickly which meant we were able to secure our forever home. Unfortunately along the way there were delays due to the solicitors/factors we couldn’t control. However Rory helped along the way, chasing where he could, getting updates from our buyers/solicitors and kept us in the loop the whole way along. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lewis King and Rory! 5* service all the way along!

They found me a tenant really quickly around the Christmas period and have looked after me from every aspect you can imagine, Its our first rental property and from start to finish I've been informed and kept in touch with the Rory and his team are fantastic, always there for responding and reply out of business hours , wouldn't use anyone else to manage our property.

Lewis King, Sandbach are a top team and without hesitation we highly recommend them.As landlords we have put our properties with them for full management and have found them to be very professional, reliable and proactive. We did our research beforehand and noted they had excellent reviews and we have not been disappointed. They recently quickly found new tenants for us and handled the check-out (which was not straightforward) and the check-in very efficiently.In contrast to our previous agents, the rent statements and payments are available quickly.We are confident our properties are in safe hands and are being properly managed.
