Just purchased our new home in Sandbach using Lewis King and I couldn’t recommend this businesses services more. We dealt with Rory, and both myself and my partner were impressed with his attention to detail, speed of response and everything they did to help us get things over the line. From the initial viewing, to negotiations and then after we moved in recently, any issues were handled professionally and smoothly in a timely manner. I have to extend my pride to Charlotte and Ben also who we spoke to briefly on a few occasions who were both equally helpful in the process.

Rory, Ben and Charlotte at Lewis King were fantastic throughout my house-sale process. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this one was truly deserved. They’re not your stereotypical estate agents, Lewis King made the whole process easy from start to finish, offered extremely competitive pricing, provided great service and helped me achieve a sale price I was happy with. There was zero pressure; all decisions were mine, and they spoke to me honestly instead of giving a rehearsed sales pitch. I’ll definitely be using them again and will be recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

Rory (the owner) listened and responded brilliantly to my needs and was proactive in communicating and very supportive throughout. The estate agent has very simple and clear terms and conditions and a transparent fee structure. There is no lengthy tie-in period with unreasonable conditions. Currently renting trough Lewis king , we just had a general home inspection last month and my children had made a crayon mark on the wall and a stain on the carpet in the spare room upstairs ,we were instructed to repair and clean everything within 1 week , Unfortunately we could not get the painting of the wall in time of our Baby to be born unexpectedly early. As we have not obeyed the landlords orders we have been threatened that our tenancy is beginning cancelled. Terrible service and will be taking it further. Terrible service
