This company doesn't seem to have any employees! If they do, they certainly aren't doing their jobs as I sent several messages about properties but had no reply. If they can't be bothered to respond to customers, I'm not going to chase them to give them MY custom.

GoogleThis estate agency is one of the most unscrupulous and unprofessional I ave ever come across in the 15 years I have been renting properties. The entire tenancy was totally mismanaged and we have now been asked to pay £280 upon exiting a rental to clean (which was done to a far better standard than when we took it over) and to apparently weed a patch of gravel at the front of the property that is filled with wild flowers and poppies and has not been lined properly. This estate agency stood by while our Landlord put the house up for sale 6 months into a tenancy and then attempted to bully us into showing the property on Sundays and 3 months prior to end of the tenancy, breaching tenancy regulations and countless government guidelines on Covid. All so they could make a profit. No issue with the property was ever dealt with in a timely manner, including a gas leak with the boiler. I will never recommend this estate agency as he level unprofessional behavior by it's staff members, begs the question whether anyone the actually cares about the law or tenants rights and well being. Absolutely disgraceful and any attempt to charge us will be met with legal action.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
