GoogleAfter some negative interactions with estate agents before Robyn from Glows visit. She was honest and enthusiastic and her positive attitude made us go with them. They marketed the property swiftly and we had it sold within 2 weeks. Can't praise them enough.

GoogleMel and Amy Rose are absolutely wonderful to work with. I am a landlord leaving far away from where my rented properties are, and yet, I feel comfortable to put Glow Homes in charge, knowing fully well that they have things under control. They listen to me and to the tenants, communications with them is excellent. Willingness to work with landlord and their flexibility is second to non. Thank you ladies, I am ever so grateful.

GoogleI’ve sold a few houses in my time but credit to Mel and Robyn at glow for the fantastic service. They took care of everything from day 1! It couldn’t have been easy with the amount of enquiries and viewings on our house but they negotiated us fantastic offer over home report which we never expected! Mel also gave us advice for offering at closing date for a bungalow with another local agent which secured us the property! Really can’t thank you both enough. Glow homes, lol. False advertising and photoshopped pictures. Avoid like the plague !

GoogleSold the house for as quick as they thought. 1 or 2 issues with colleagues not noticing things during/after viewings. Could be more competitive on pricing though as really expensive compared to other agents by a long shot that would be my only bit of criticism.

GoogleBeware Document everything in writing throughout the tenancy free advice. At the end of the tennacy the service is non existent and they attempt to blame you for their mistakes.
Hi Yvonne, disappointed by your unfair review of our business as is the landlord of the property with how the tenancy ended with you absconding, leaving rent arrears & leaving the property in a poor condition. Maybe you will edit or remove your review once we go to the dispute stage with your deposit in question, Also getting your family members to leave us one star reviews is defamation of business which we will be taking further action on, Please contact us on: lettings@glowhomeslettingandsales.com
