Viewed a property for sale in beith over the bank holiday weekend, absolutely perfect for us, and on phoning the estate agents found out "the seller only wants first time buyers?". Absolutely insane to me that you can post a property saying "all viewings welcome" then have people fall in love with a property to find out we can't purchase it because we aren't first time buyers? Why was this not listed in the description? It literally listed the opposite. Really upset as it was the perfect house for us given the recent mobility issues I face. Wish it had been listed in the actual description then I wouldn't have gotten my hopes up or even looked at it. Didn't even get the chance to explain we didn't need to sell our property first.

I honestly couldn’t fault the team at Glow Homes. They made us feel so at ease about the whole process of selling and moving. With 3 kids living in our house I stressed so much about how the pictures would look but Robyn was amazing she done a great job getting the photo’s of our house. Nothing was a bother, very quick to respond to any questions I had, viewers were booked in quickly and the house was sold within a few days of being on the market. We have now completed and moved into our new home all within 3 months. Can’t recommend Glow homes enough!

110% recommend selling your home with glow homes initially I was with purple bricks and had a bad experience with them, after a couple of months I decided to switch to glow homes after seeing how well they sell homes and advertise your home, Robyn and Shannon were absolutely amazing so accommodating and quick to get my house back on the market after the first 2 viewings my house was sold! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone they send out false allegations for things you haven't done I would avoid. Yes indeed I was a previous tenant and the false allegations and making things up that you haven't done to them so they take and keep all your depoist money back .

I can't thank Glow enough for the help. The local knowledge held by Mel is invaluable. The sale/purchase date was start of covid-19 lock down everything everything was very daunting but without any prompts Glow was providing legal status updates, and ensured that everyone in the chain had a property to stay in the situation one sale went through and another didn't. Things couldn't have went smoother. For stress free buying / selling or rental Glow is the only company I would ever consider using, service was above and beyond.
