He got back to me in a very timely manner with any queries or concerns and gave me a wonderfully easy experience of purchasing a house, which is often a stressful time. GoogleVery accommodating, booked in to view a property, had to alter the booking due to work commitments, we were met by the letting agent (only person free that day) who was lovely. We were called on the following working day (mon) for feedback as they advised would be the case. Good experience.
