GoogleWe sold our home through Wainwrights and completed two weeks ago. They were recommended by a friends daughter who had worked there before. Claire was our agent and she was brilliant. Selling your home is stressful and even more so if you find your ongoing purchase, but Claire made it as easy as possible. I really appreciated the feedback they always gave after viewings, and they did all of them so we were able to leave the house and let any potential buyers have a really good look around without us being there, which I think is much better for potential buyers. They were as a team really efficient and responded to any queries or requests quickly which is really important when you are going through the stress and drama of selling and buying. I would highly recommend them, and as a local independent estate agent they really know the market and what their potential buyers are looking for.

Paul went above and beyond any duty he had as an estate agent and i could honestly not have managed without him. He not only sold my moms house, he checked on her to see she was ok when she was still there, looked after the house when it was empty and was just the most kind and compassionate man in the difficult circumstances we found ourselves in. GoogleI viewed a property in Saltash recently with Claire from Wainwright Estate Agents and it was so refreshing to view a property with no pressure to go straight to best and final offers, with someone who knew a lot about the local area and the property itself. I'm not from Saltash and don't know the area particularly well but Claire went out of her way to explain what was nearby, local points of interest and point out great places for dog walks which was a huge plus for me! Excellent level of service towards buyers and would highly recommend.

GoogleI bought my property at Honicombe, with Paul as the agent acting on behalf of Wainwrights. Paul is the ideal person for selling Honicombe properties as he managed the site for many years and has first hand experience of all the site's little quirks. I was actually looking for a different lodge advertised with another agent when I contacted Paul and it so happened he had just taken on the first property due to a lack of response by the original agent. Paul has kept in touch with myself and the vendor throughout the lengthy, bumpy, 5-month process (not Wainwrights fault) and kept the vendor on track when they threatened to pull out on more than one occasion. He has phoned and emailed regularly, chivvied up solicitors and kept on the pressure to get the desired result. I would happily buy another Honicombe property through Paul, and hope to see him on site when I can pick his brains about more Honicombe quirks.!
