GoogleWe have just finished our tenancy and I just want to give a big shout out to Emma in the property place , she was always so helpful with everything , she worked outside of working hours to ensure we had everything always responded asap and just an amazing person overall. Thank you Emma !x

GoogleGreat experience with the company, Laura went above and beyond to help me move in when I was desperate for accommodation, the prices are reasonable compared with other companies and replies to emails are quick and helpful if you need to get in touch. My deposit was returned in full without any nasty excuses. I definitely recommend The Property Place and Laura to anyone looking for accommodation. It was a pleasure working with you, and I hope to deal with you again. Thank you.

GoogleJust finishing my 3+ year tenancy with The Property Place and I can say with certainty that this has been my best renting experience. Everyone has always gone above and beyond and every problem with the flat was resolved quickly. I would recommend The Property Place to everyone, do yourselves a favour and chose them, there really isn't anyone like them in Manchester. A special thank you to Emma and Laura, you have been amazing, keep up the good work.

GoogleI walked in off the street to enquire about the properties displayed in the window and was met with abrupt, condescending staff who made it clear, in no uncertain terms, that these were ‘investment-only’ or ‘buy-to-let’ properties, not available to live in. Not a single notice in the window made this clear. The lack of transparency is misleading at best, and the dismissive attitude of the staff made it worse. An arrogant, unprofessional setup that clearly isn’t interested in genuine enquiries.

GoogleAs student, I have rented a property from this agency for 2 years now. They quickly fox an issue you have within the week. Great agency to be with if you are looking. Emma and Kelly are great at solving issues that need to be fixed as fast as they can and will attend the property to see the issue as well if needed.

YellCould not fault them at all!
I have been staying at an address with the property place for a year and they've honestly had our best interest at heart the whole time. The place was newly refurbished and all the furniture was brand new! Bedrooms were very spacious too! In my opinion you wouldn't get any better than where I lived, especially for the price and the bills were included! You'd save a fortune as a student! They've gone above and beyond to fix things if they were broken and given myself and my friend the upmost respect the whole of our stay. If you're a student looking for somewhere to rent while you're studying, I highly recommend going with the property place and avoid firms such as 'Student Digs' 'Student Haus' 'Mistoria', I've heard nothing but problem after problem with those companies. Emma, Ian and the rest of the team have been nothing but accommodating and do there jobs so well. Credit to you all and thank you for an amazing year!

GoogleThey lied to me! Saying will change the whole carpet which was very old and dirty plus fixing the bathroom tiles which was broken, I have high fever and allergies so I went with this application because they said they will fix everything, after a week or more they said they did all the fixing so I asked for another viewing they refused so I asked for pictures at least and here when it was the shocking thing they said it was new but it was exactly the same old carpet just been cleaned and the bathroom tiles never been replaced! At the beginning they said its new then the manager! Phoned me and spoken to me in a very rude way saying you are asking too many questions even though I was always speaking to them in a very kind respectful way and because they know I was desperate for a bigger property they treat me like that oh the landlord said he will not fix anything even if he said he will do. Treating others with respect and kind is a very common and necessary thing to be professional

When landlord wanted to sell and we came to move out, my review on here was brought up when I asked for a reference and so I removed it. I'm now putting it back as a warning to prospective tenants to avoid this company if at all possible. They tried to put rent up by 60% with ten days' notice, ignored issues of mold in bathroom and hid faults in property when showing us around (including signs of mold). Not pleasant people to have to deal with.

GoogleMy interaction with the phone standard women was notably frustrating and disappointing. Their consistently unhelpful and sometimes rude responses, coupled with frequent redirections to the voicemail service, added to the dissatisfaction. When inquiring about a newly listed property and confirming its availability for viewing, the tone abruptly shifted when I asked about securing a deposit. The lady quickly reversed her stance, claiming no viewing was available and attempting to end the conversation promptly. This behaviour was surprising and not in line with the service expected from a rental agency. Having dealt with numerous agencies over the years, this experience stands out as uniquely disheartening and falls far below the standard I've come to anticipate.

GoogleFantastic service from Emma and the team at the property place. Emma went above and beyond to help my Son when he was relocating to Manchester. It was a very stressful time in a very difficult market for leaseholders, and Emma was so helpful, simply brilliant, my Son and I can’t thank her enough. Would recommend this team of people to anyone.

GoogleOur agent was Kelly McGuire, from the start she was extremely professional and polite, and any questions we had she was able to answer them in a timely manner. The team (Emma, Sophie, Kelly and Ian) at the property place are extremely professional efficient and well mannered. I would highly recommend the property place to any of my colleagues and friends.

GoogleHad the pleasant experience of working with Emma from the Property Place in the last month of our tenancy after our student house changing landlords. She was super helpful with everything, quick responses to anything that we had queries about and just a lovely person! The property place seem like a great company and couldn’t recommend them more even though we only worked with them for just over a month!
