After two years of renting and dealing with multiple company changes that led to lost money and a lack of support, we finally transitioned to Property Place. Our experience there was excellent. They addressed all our concerns, and Emma was particularly helpful. She assisted us with financial matters, identified what we were owed, and promptly resolved any issues with the house. Her politeness and organisation made the last year in the house amazing and completely stress-free. She went over and beyond and couldn’t be more grateful Thank you again!

They arranged a viewing and the agent didn't attend call. So I came back without viewing. They didn't call or receive call either. I called the number they called me from for about 10 times. They gave one ring missed call after that and didn't attend. Tried calling the company as well and they take call as well. It was within company working times. It was such a disappointmwnt to travel for viewing and they didn't show the property. Waste of time, money and permission from work. I think it was kelly and it's such a bad coordination. Viewing time was 3:15 or 3:45(1st October 2025) for apartment 1209 citylink building, hessel street. Please take actions. Such a disappointment.

Been with the property place for a couple of years now and couldn’t fault the care I have received from everybody I have ever dealt with especially Kelly and Emma who have always been amazing with me and always make sure we are ok and that every maintenance issue has been solved! Never had an issue with anything in the time I have been renting with them and I could not recommend them enough! Such lovely genuine people too!

I rented a room for over 3 years in a house managed by property place. I had to leave as I am relocating due to work. I want to say a massive thank you to Kelly. She was always available om whatss app answering questions sprting issues. We had a boiler problem and she was so fast in helping us in 2 3 days it was sorted. Other issues / situation Kelly was amazing in sorting and helping out. Always there for us. When i gave my notice i dealt with Emma and she was a star also helped with everything. Got my deposit back no issues raised or anybody trying to come up with stupid things to take money of my deposit like other agency do. If i would rent again for sure i would do it from the property place. I also would consider using them as a landlord. Thanks a lot for everything to all the team.

Sophie has been so helpful My son and partner are moving from cornwall to Manchester. From the very start Sophie was one of the few agents we contacted however she was very helpful and replied promptly. Several months later, due to the landlord wanting to sell or renovate the property I was issued with a Section 21 no fault eviction notice, which was a shock but legal. Throughout all this the staff at the Property Place helped and kept me informed as best they could. When I was finally ready to move there was an issue with the return of my Security Deposit, which had not been transferred correctly from a previous agency. Emma took it upon herself to chase this down and managed to get my deposit back. She did not have to do this as technically it was the fault of another agency but I am so very gratefull that she did. I would recommend this agency to anyone who wants to deal with hard working, professional and dedicated staff who go out of their way for their clients and tennants. We’ve had an amazing 2 years renting through the property place. All the staff are really helpful and friendly and we have never had any issues at all. They are extremely attentive and are quick to reply to emails which is a bonus, we bonded really well with a few of them, especially Emma and Kelly. We were devastated to leave our apartment and would definitely still be tenants of the property place if it wasn’t for us needing somewhere bigger. We would definitely recommend them to anyone due to our great experience and memories made in our flat over the last two years.

In general I think it is a good company. I've been with property place for 3-4 years and didn't have many issues. Any problems I've had they are being solved. Only giving 4 stars, but not 5 because there has been couple downsides with some of the staff or minor issues. Last thing I would like to say - Emma is brilliant. Great experience with the company, Laura went above and beyond to help me move in when I was desperate for accommodation, the prices are reasonable compared with other companies and replies to emails are quick and helpful if you need to get in touch. I walked in off the street to enquire about the properties displayed in the window and was met with abrupt, condescending staff who made it clear, in no uncertain terms, that these were ‘investment-only’ or ‘buy-to-let’ properties, not available to live in. Not a single notice in the window made this clear. The lack of transparency is misleading at best, and the dismissive attitude of the staff made it worse. An arrogant, unprofessional setup that clearly isn’t interested in genuine enquiries.

Could not fault them at all!

I have been staying at an address with the property place for a year and they've honestly had our best interest at heart the whole time. The place was newly refurbished and all the furniture was brand new! Bedrooms were very spacious too! In my opinion you wouldn't get any better than where I lived, especially for the price and the bills were included! You'd save a fortune as a student! They've gone above and beyond to fix things if they were broken and given myself and my friend the upmost respect the whole of our stay. If you're a student looking for somewhere to rent while you're studying, I highly recommend going with the property place and avoid firms such as 'Student Digs' 'Student Haus' 'Mistoria', I've heard nothing but problem after problem with those companies. Emma, Ian and the rest of the team have been nothing but accommodating and do there jobs so well. Credit to you all and thank you for an amazing year!
