GoogleAwful, even worst agency even. Rude people, judging you by your origin. Lie us with the money, told us lies, take from us 80£ for an imaginative reference. Hope will go out of business soon, so that less people will be lied by them.

GoogleVery helpful, we had a problem with our washer, I phoned Griffin and it was sorted out the same day, couldn't have been more helpful. I couldn't fault the service or the staff - very helpful and friendly.

GoogleAwful experience with Griffin, rude arrogant staff who are completely unwilling to help with any questions and never call you back. I wouldn't advise any landlord to go with these if you want happy tenants long term.
